About number of farmers in different areas in california

number of farmers in different areas in california?
I keep searching but can not find it. How many farmers work in bakersfield, oxnard, santa maria, sacramento and san joaquin valley and maybe a few other places

Most of our produce such as fruits and nuts come from California. Even lettuce, spinach. almost everything in a store in North Dakota to Texas has bags that say from California. Lot's of farmers I would say.

Is it legal for a time clock to round off?
I work in bakersfield Ca and the time clock at my work rounds off rather than keeps exact time when I clock in at 5 till I lose that 5 min every day then when im done at the end of day it must be 9 min past to round up so I usually either wait or lose 5 mor min equalling 10 min each day

YES........................ if it does it must work both ways if it rounds down at a certain number of minutes it must round up accordingly. example if you clock in at 8 minutes after the hour and it rounds to 15 minutes after it must then round back to the top of the hour when you clock in at 7 minutes after or less. time clocks must also show the actual time punch and use the round figures for pay purposes only. time can not be rounded to larger time frames then 15 minutes. California is one of the few states that allows a penalty for tardiness. employees pay can be docked for 30 minutes when they are late for any amount of time less then 30 minutes. any amount of time they are late over 30 minutes is adjusted to the amount of time they are actually late but for being 5 minutes late the employer can change that time to a full 30 minutes late for pay purposes. California Labor Code 2928
