Usually, most companies list their employment opportunities on their website. Go to southwest.com, delta.com, united.com, etc. and apply online. If you want to be a flight attendant I believe they will train you.
4 :
Go to the airlines websites and apply. That's how I got my flight attendant job!

I live in Canada but I googled your town and it looks like Southwest is hiring Flight Attendants I know it says the deadline is past but it never hurts to ask again. Have a nice Flight. http://www.salary.com/careers/layouthtmls/jm_CA-Aviation-and-Airlines-jobs-in-Bakersfield.html

Go to airlines websites and see what openings they have. Most airlines wont hire anyone under 21.

I got my job working for an airline by browsing their website and submitting a CV on their Careers page. Usually all airlines will have a "contact us" link on their website, maybe you can start from there? :) Wishing you luck!

I'm in the midwest, so not familiar with Bakersfield. However, if there is a major airport in your area I'd start with the airlines that go in and out of it. If not you could still get a job with an airline as an FA (flight attendant) but you'd have to be willing to relocate or at the very least suffer the commute. If you speak two languages that would be a big plus in helping to get a job as an FA and working at wal-mart is also in you favor because it's considered customer service and they are looking for people with a customer service background. Most airlines have any info needed on their website, just start there and...Good Luck :)

Apply for any and all jobs with the airlines. Diamondjade is right, Skywest is almost always hiring, they are expanding. and hire under 21.Go to www.skywest.com and apply online. You can also try going to the airport and talking to people who work there.Getting a flight attendant job can be harder than the other jobs because that's the one with the most competition, but once you have your foot in the door with another airline job it is easier to transfer into it. Working at the airport requires a background check and once you've had one done (for any airline job, for example - ramp. [Ramp is a job where you load suitcases and bring planes in].The airlines and usually the airport will pay for and do this check) all the airlines are more willing to consider you. Good luck !
